I am getting ridiculously excited for our annual ugly Christmas party with my friends and busy with holiday preparations! I have found the best sweater, a fantastic set of light up jewelry and am prepping my side dishes and drink options. Our party is just a couple weeks away and although I am not hosting, I still want to bring a drink that is kid friendly, full of fresh ingredients and easy to make and take.
In my search for a drink option that is fresh, I discovered Milo's Famous Sweet Tea. I love that Milo's only uses natural ingredients, no preservatives and no additives. What a perfect option for my holiday drink! What is even better is that at my local Walmart this was on rollback where you can purchase 2 gallons for $5.00 while supplies last! I chose the Famous Sweet Tea, but Milo's tea is also available sweetened with pure cane sugar, no calorie and unsweet options.
Once I acquired the ingredients I went to work creating this delicious Pomegranate Citrus Sweet Tea. It is the perfect mix of sweet, sour and fresh punch for the holiday season. Incredibly quick and easy to make and beautiful to look at.
Ingredients (Makes about 3 quarts):
- 1/2 gallon of Milo's Tea
- 24 oz Pomegranate Juice
- 1 orange sliced
- 1 pomegranate (deseeded)
- Pour the pomegranate juice into your juice jug.
- Pour Milo's Tea into the juice jug.
- Cut the oranges into slices and place into your juice jug.
- Deseed your pomegranate and place the seeds in your juice jug.
- Pour, Garnish, Serve & Enjoy!
The holidays are always busy, but Milo's is making my holiday preparations easier and impressive. I spent a total of 5 minutes making this and with the great deal I got on Milo's Tea at Walmart, I can easily make about 3 gallons of this Pomegranate Citrus Sweet Tea.
